    Good morning.

    When opening the widget area editor, it keeps loading with the Elementor logo. Analyzing the console errors, we see a 404 error when loading the js widegtarea-editor.js file.

    The server has 512 MB of memory_limit, max_input_vars=12000. We have enabled Elementor’s safe mode, and we have also tried enabling the option to change the editor’s loading method. Even then, it still didn’t work. Could you tell me what might be causing this?

    Thanks for reaching out to us. In our development environment, we were unable to reproduce the issue, and we also haven’t received any similar complaints so far. This suggests that the problem may be specific to your site setup.

    To identify the root cause, please follow these steps:

    1. Switch Theme
      • Temporarily switch your theme to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty or Hello Elementor.
      • If the issue is resolved, then the problem is related to your theme.
    2. Check for Plugin Conflicts
      • If switching the theme doesn’t help, deactivate all other plugins except Elementor and ElementsKit.
      • If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one while checking the editor each time.
      • This will help identify if a specific plugin is causing the conflict.
    3. Clear Cache & CDN
      • Make sure to clear your browser cache, server cache, and CDN (if any) to avoid loading outdated or corrupted files.
    4. Verify Version Compatibility
      • Please ensure you are running the latest versions of WordPress and Elementor. Outdated versions could cause compatibility issues.
    5. Next Step
