Removing hardcoded javascript

hi
I had media.net ads running on a site for a while.
I removed the plug-in although noticed from GT metrix their script is still running.
Is it easy to remove it?

This is the html line:

<script src="https://contextual.media.net/dmedianet.js?cid=xxxx" async="async"></script>

It’s 447kb and costing me up to two seconds on load time at the moment.
