Removed sidebar appears on full width page.

Issue is only on one page on my site. When it’s under 1000 pixels wide, the left sidebar is removed from my full width page.

When the browser is widened past 1000 pixels, a blank sidebar appears and blocks my content.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. 🙂
