Remove unused java script

Thanks for the great plugin and all the work you have put into it.
BBB-administration-panel works great on WordPress 5.4.2 for me except that gtmetrix and google PageSpeed Insights indicate that it is slowing down the website and the urls indicated are

There are some suggestions at https://datatables.net/download/ in step 3 to pick a download method but they are not detailed for me to follow. Should the download method be followed and if yes, then should the zip file be copied to the bbb-administration-panel directory on the server ? The unzipped files from DataTables have the same name as files already in the directory on my server and they are much smaller so they will overwrite the existing files.

Thanks for any suggestion you can provide.
Also, the panel is not on my front page, so it is a mystery to me why the script is loading on the front page of the website.
