Remove the Menu text from mobile menu | WordPress.org

In the mobile menu I get the Icon for mobile menu and additional a text named like Menü or menu. How can I remove only the text-string from the Mobile menu bar?
Which file I have to Change I searched in the functions.php and in some other files but I never find anything.

Maybe someone gives me an advice.

Do you have a check mark in Switch to New Responsive Header found in Customize/Header/Responsive Menu Style?

No I have no ceck mark to New Responsive Header!

Check it, save and then check your menu on mobile.

I may have misunderstood your question. I answered but think now what you want is to remove the words MENU Next to the 3 dashes for the mobile menu?
