Remove Responsiveness

Hi, i am running wordpress notification bar on two websites…

1) http://www.bluewhiteandgrey.com
2) http://www.mulligansofdeansgate.com

bluewhiteandgrey.com is fins as it is a responsive theme, however mulligansofdeansgate.com is not.

When viewing mulligansofdeansgate.com on mobile, the notification bar is responsive and therefore pushes all the content down. Is there a way i can remove the responsiveness of the notification bar?

You can try setting the height with css. See if that works

#wnb-bar {
height: 35px;
}

You can put the css anywhere. I typically use jetpacks custom css module.

Unfortunately it hasn’t made any difference. Is there any way i can disable on phones?

You should be able to use css and media a media query to disable. I’ll post code in a bit, some one else was asking as well.

@media screen and ( max-width: 480px ) {
#wnb-bar {display:none!important;}
}

That should do it, you might need to increase 480 to a bigger number

Thanks John,

Its got rid of the bar but still messing with the responsiveness of the theme. I have disabled the responsiveness in the WP theme, but having this plugin has messed with the CSS.

Any ideas?

This is the only css the plugins adds. https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wordpress-notification-bar/trunk/inc/css/seed_wnb.css

Nothing should be conflicting because it’s all namespaced. I’m not sure?
