    Hi, we have been having issues with variable products being duplicated and sometimes rthe problem after many months, I am hoping to disable the sync with Square for our 3 variable products so they are not touched during syncing. My question is would this mean that any orders of these products would still be reported to Square? Or are they excluded there as well?

    Square is our system of record.

    I hope this question makes sense?

    Hi @heathervh,

    Great questions. You’re welcome to exclude these products from syncing to Square. It won’t have any effect on the orders. In fact, it’s possible to only use WooCommerce Square for payments and not sync anything.

    Technically, the orders themselves aren’t synced to Square. When a Square order is placed in WooCommerce, the payment is processed but an actual order isn’t synced/created with Square.
