Remove navigation links

Thank you for this great plugin.

Javascript is enabled on my test site, infinite scroll works but I also see ‘older/newer’ page links after new post loads. I don’t want to hide the navigation links with CSS because there might be users who disable javascript, and they won’t be able to access my other posts. Is it possible to hide the navigation links when javascript is enable, while showing links when javascript is disabled?
