Remove header from certain pages

Hi, id like to remove the header from http://promazur.es/pilotzzz/ which has an ID – 285. I know I have to code <?php if( !is_page(‘285’) ) :?> and end if somewhere at my header.php but im not sure where. Could anyone help me out? Im new at this =S

I would also like to remove the spacing on both sides of the page (I am using beaver builder and tesseract theme) but im not sure you guys could help me out here
