I don’t actually use Glossary any more, but I have a whole series of glossary terms that I would now like to convert into normal posts. What is the easiest way to do this?

There are various plugins to convert post type like https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-type-switcher/ that will allows you to migrate the glossary terms.
