I’m not sure what you mean by “gallery.” Is this relating to the WP Job Manager plugin?

There is an option to remove the comments on the Settings of the Listings.
By default, job listings do not support comments, as shown here:

… so you shouldn’t even have to turn them off manually unless some other code (e.g. in the plugin or theme) is turning them on again.
