Remove AMOUNT passed to CJ

    I have removed the amount field.

    CJ’s documentation said that both the item amount and the total amount is required, but now that you say it, I do remember CJ telling me to only use one of those when I initially created the plugin a year ago.

    PS – If it were up to me, I would prefer the amount field, I think the totaling of the products could have flaws and url length restrictions. But what can you do haha! Thanks again!
