    Its not the only security measures you need to take, but its a major start in your defence against attacks. WordPress is shipped without any security so the first thing you have to do is instal and activate WordFence, get the Firewall going and activate 2FA for all administrators. Then do everything else!

    It’s extremely encouraging for us to see another experienced voice vouch for the importance of securing a WordPress site and doing so with our plugin as their first thought in that process.

    Wordfence is designed for defense in depth by giving you a layered approach to security with its range of features. With that in mind, you can certainly use Wordfence with CDNs and server firewalls amongst other security measures. In our opinion, it’s important to take all steps necessary that reflect the value of the asset you’re trying to protect.
