Reload comments for infinite scroll posts?

Hello –

Wondering if there’s a way to reload the comments when using a theme with infinite post scrolling? By that I mean that when you reach the end of a post another one is loaded (and the URL changes in the browser). Perhaps there’s a bit of javascript that I could include in my template that would load FB comments into new posts as they’re added?
