Registration emails no longer being sent

Hello,

it appears that our email notifications no longer work when a new person registers for an event. We are getting some – but I think it is only coming from courses (events) that we added to the website months ago. The ones that we added recently (Nov and Dec) did not get any notifications for new registrants.

I have quick event manager version 9.12.1

I am also running wordpress version 6.7.1

Any help you can offer is appreciated!
