    Not sure the exact cause of this but when I Enabled “Send password setup link (recommended)”

    The emailed link to set a password says Invalid activation key.

    I have sendgrid, not sure that matters.

    I have a workflow to set the country to AU, not sure that matters.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Can you try flushing your permalinks and see if that makes any difference? You can do this via Settings → Permalinks. Click “Save Changes” without making any actual changes there.

    If that makes no difference, can you please share a clear screenshot of the WooCommerce → Settings → Accounts & Privacy page, I’d just like to see if I’m able to reproduce this on my end with the exact same settings you have configured there.

    Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Additionally, can you please share the following:

    • System Status Report: You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for Support.
    • Fatal Error Log: Please share any fatal error logs (if any) found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs
