    Hello, I edited some products and after hit “Regenerate” button, my xml URL on “view” is not applying the changes. On the other hand, i noticed that after downloaded the xml file (txt), all information is correct. I cleared all cache, but it doesn’t work. I use google merchant center sync through my xml URL, but my xml URL is not regenerating.

    Thanks for reaching us.

    If I’m not wrong, the issue is that when you are regenerating the feed, the changes do not reflect on the feed though you have changed product information. The only possible reason is caching. Make sure no caching plugin is caching the feed directory. If you are using any caching plugin like wp-rocket, W3 Total Cache, or WP Super Cache, then make sure you have excluded the feed directory from that caching plugin to avoid feed caching. Here you can find the instructions on how to exclude the plugin directory from a few popular plugins.

    However, if you are still unable to solve it, please, reach us again with the System Status. Go to CTX Feed > Status > Copy Status and paste it here.
