reduce Cumulative Layout Shift

Hi,

I liked very much your plugin, mainly to reduce Cumulative Layout Shift. I used it with litespeed and Speed Up – Optimize CSS Delivery but there are some good themes that it’s not reducing Cumulative Layout Shift.

The fastests themes that I find that it’s not working good:
