    Hi Richgood,

    Thanks for reaching out to us about this, I will be happy to assist you.

    This can sometimes be an issue with users having caching or optimization plugins installed. I would recommend turning them off, clearing your cache, and then trying to test the optin forms again to see if they work.

    If they do work, usually, you can go into that caching/optimization plugin and exclude it from being included in the caching/optimization plugin.
