Recurring payment not working

Hello,

I am currently working on a realestate project where my client is using gravity form for carrying out his all financial transactions.The payment gateway which I am using is Eway.
Your plugin is working fine with the forms where user had to pay only once for service whereas I am getting an error everytime client wants to pay for recurring payment service.

I have added the recurring option on the form but I am not being able to add the recurring amount and its corresponding time interval on the text boxes and therefore its not getting visible on the frontend.

I have updated the plugin few days ago.

Can you kindly help me out how to resolve this issue, its really urgent.
