Recommendations for Google Maps plugin

    Hi, I was wondering if you could provide any recommendations for a Google map plugin for my new site. Here are the requirements:
    – Visitors must be able to create markers which are approved by an admin
    – Visitors must be able to leave a review against markers
    – Code should be modifiable so that the plugin can be customized
    – Integrate with Google maps API
    – Will display full width and be responsive for mobile devices

    I am willing to pay for the plugin if it meets the requirements.
