Recipe Trigger not firing

    Hi there,
    I have purchased the pro of uncanny automator and neither of the triggers i’ve set up are firing. The triggers are ‘added to any private group’ (BUddy Boss) and ‘Enroled into a specific course’ (learndash). These are meant to sent data via webhook to zapier but are not logging all firing at all from what I can see. The users are added to the buddyboss group and learndash course automatically through teh uncanny group registration/management plugin – could this be the reason they are not triggering the recipe? As both are uncanny owl plugins i would expect this not to be the case? Are you able to please help me solve.

    Hi @sarahtan , this one is definitely a situation where logging the ticket in our Help Desk from your account or sending an email to [email protected] will help with resolution. Our developers may need to take a look at what’s happening.

    Most important when you send an update is telling us how exactly users are being added to the group, like by upload, one of our Add User forms, etc. (and screenshots of recipes would help immensely, for the trigger logs as well). I do just want to confirm that if you added both triggers then both conditions must be met for the actions to run.

    I wonder if the issue is around course enrollment. The course enrollment trigger fires only when users are added individually to a course, not via inherited group access. If the condition is both being in a group and course access, can you confirm why it couldn’t be LD group enrollment as a trigger instead of course enrollment?
