• I cannot edit ANY posts or pages with the recent update. I know its Rank Math as I disabled all plugins and enabled ONLY Rank Math, and then the errors reappeared. They didn’t appear once I had all plugins removed.

The dreaded “There has been a critical error on this website” error … I may have to find a different SEO plugin unless they fix this.

I’ve tried two other SEO plugins and they both work fine with the post editor, so it is most likely Rank Math. I may have to switch to another permanently even though I would prefer RM to work again.

    Hello @kensonplays,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Here is a video you can follow as well:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If that doesn’t help, please share your website’s recent error logs so we can determine what’s causing the issue.

You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress
https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, they will help you locate the log file.

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

Hello – I have run into this today. I had four updates to make and my header area was blown away. So I set up staging and updated everything one by one and added a plugin to go back versions. I can verify that it is rank math, causing the issues.

    Here’s the log:
