reCaptcha (v3) blocked in home, not in register page

I am using “Advanced noCaptcha & invisible Captcha” by Shamim Hasan

Smart Cookie Kit is correctly disabling cookie and script in homepage and other pages, but failing to disable it in register page.
I do not understand if this behaviour is intended or an unwanted side effect.

While it should be obvious not to disable it where it’s needed (register) unfortunately the law would not admit if cookie are set by default with no choice.
