readme.txt has incorrect plugin version

https://wordpress.org/plugins/two-factor/ shows version 0.12.0
The WP API shows the same.

However the readme.txt shows
Stable tag: 0.11.0

This causes our PY plugins updater to download the plugin every 12 hours.
We don’t use the WP automatic updater for security reasons.

If this is a mistake, could it be corrected on the next update please?
