Hi @louisapple
Thanks for reaching out!
I understand that your customer is experiencing issues when trying to make a purchase, as every time they click, it rolls back to the homepage. Additionally, you’ve mentioned that for some particular items, the button displays Read More instead of Select Options, even though these items are in stock and have a price.
It looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the conflict here.
For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if the Read More button is replaced with the correct Select Options button instead?
If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. Iβd recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so itβs worth checking in with them. Itβs also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
Let us know how it goes!

Can you please share with us the Github thread you are referring to here so that we could check this further?
Hi @louisapple
Thanks for sharing the bug report.
The thread was closed since it was not a bug and more of a default behavior on how the variable products work. Please see this comment for reference.
Hope this helps!

Hi @louisapple ,
As per the GitHub comment shared by @xue28, it is possible that there was a problem with the data itself when doing the import since you mentioned importing this via a plugin.
If you do believe that this is a bug, please feel free to submit a bug report and our developers will take a closer look π
Hope this helps!
