This is a theme related issue. So, it would be best to communicate the theme developers to get a precise solution to the issue.

Disable all your plugins and check if the issue still exists (after that Re-Enable your plugins).
Also, consider clearing your cache and cookies.
Hi @prabhatrai I’ve tried this too several times. Is there anyway to override the existing “Read more” text? With this code I managed to change the button style and colors:
