Read and Write permissions.

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for the free version of the Simply Static plugin.
Would it be possible (in the next version of Simply Static) to generate folders and files with Read and Write permissions?

My setup on Simply Static:
Destination URLs = Save for offline use
Delivery Method = Local Directory

The problem:
I generate the Simply Static files on a remote server. In addition, I am not the Administrator of this server. Furthermore, the Administrator has given me Read and Write permissions to my static site folders and files. But I cannot delete the Simply Static files from this server. In addition, the Server Administrator tells me that the plugin Simply Static creates files that are not writable.
