Ratings from other page not pulling in using shortcode

    I believe whatever performance or script booster plugin you have on your website is responsible.

    Ensure the font, css and javascript assets of our plugin are excluded from optimization. That should fix the issue.

    hmm, I have completely disabled the minify (deleted it’s files) and still having the issue. I have disabled all plugins except for this one and still have the issue (they are re-enabled right now). Any other ideas? I can give you a temporary login link if that would be helpful, just give me a way to send it to you. I appreciate your help!

    Also deactivate “AJAX load results” setting if enabled.

    Hopefully that fixes the issue.

    I did do what you had asked, but when I saw no results, I turned everything back on the way it was.

    It was the AJAX load – turned that off and it started working. Thank you!
