Question about Upload Info during an attack

    Just had an attack and among all things blocked, i see this

    UPLOAD – 5.196.100.175 POST /wp-admin/admin-post.php – File upload detected, no action taken – [some7.txt (215 bytes)]

    from the same IP of the attacker. What exactly means “no action taken” ? The upload was done ? I can’t find any “some7.txt” file in my home directory. Was it blocked ?
