Question about capacity

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and for your interest in our plugin.

    With PMS you can create Subscription Plans that are valid 1, 2, 3 week(s). If the plan expires the user is still a registered user. This means we hill be able to login, renew his subscription or access parts of the website that are not restricted for him.

    Regarding the module, are you referring to give access in backend (dashboard) to this module to your members? What user role permissions do you need to access this module?

    If users don’t renew their subscription plan they will still be registered and this means that they will have a user role. Usually this role is the default role -> Subscriber.
