QMN Plugin Broke

I upgraded from 4.1.0 to 4.2.0 and everything stopped working.

I wanted to take advantage of the URL redirect – which I did.

Now the user does not get an email acknowledgement, nor does the quiz get posted to the results page.

It’s as though the plugin no longer functions on the back-end, server-side.
