I just checked your checkout page and found you already change the alignment of the purchase note to left. 👍

If you still have issues with the purchase note’s alignment then please consider clearing your browser’s cache or try from a different browser.

Thanks for the clarification. The placement of elements in the account page is controlled by your WordPress theme. Also, the section you highlighted on your screenshot is injected by another plugin – gift cards are not a WooCommerce core feature.
I would suggest you reach out to that plugin’s support team – they will be able to help you further.
