Hello @telesante,
Thank you for reaching out to WooCommerce Support.
To help you better, could you provide more context or details about the issue? Specifically: What actions were you performing when this error appeared? Have you recently installed or updated any other plugins or theme?
At first, I would recommend running a full conflict test to rule out any possible plugin or theme conflicts. You can do this by disabling all other plugins, except WooCommerce. Should the issue persist, you can try switching to a default theme like Storefront. You can find further details on running a full conflict test from this guide.
Please be sure to make a full site backup before running the conflict test, this would help restore your site should any issue arise.
If the issue persists, please share a copy of your site’s System Status to understand your site setup. You can find it via WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support.. Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com. After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.
I hope that helps! Let us know once you have done a conflict test!
Hi,
The problem is with the plugin LiteSpeed Cache.
Clicking the” Clean all” button starts generating those errors.
I contacted the support team, got their reply.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The “Clean All” action in LiteSpeed Cache performs a comprehensive cleanup of your database. You can find more information about this action at https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/database/#clean-all
Based on my understanding, this action should not affect the functionality of the WooCommerce plugin. It would be best to contact WooCommerce support to investigate the issue further.
Best Regards,
Ashok

Hey, @telesante!
Thanks for the information!
To confirm, the errors only show when you try to clean up the database with LiteSpeed Cache, correct?
Besides seeing this error on the log, are you experiencing any issue on the website? Or is everything running correctly?
Looking forward to your reply.
Have a wonderful day!
Yes, only error on the log.
Hey, @telesante!
Yes, only error on the log.
Thanks for confirming!
Can you also please confirm this too: the errors only show when you try to clean up the database with LiteSpeed Cache, correct?
The reason I want to confirm this, is because, I understand you already talked to them and they said you needed to talk to us, but if the issue only happens when using their plugin, then it shows it is not an issue with Woo itself, but their plugin. So they need to take a closer look. Maybe the plugin needs to be updated to be fully compatible with Woo’s current version.
Looking forward to your reply.
Have a wonderful day!
I have exactly the same problem, but I am not using Litespeed cache. My site is on Siteground and I use ther SG Plugin. Last friday I got this error message in the log 850 times during one hour. I have not been able to reproduce the error by emptying the cache or any other way. At the moment of the error logs there was no activity on the site from customers or admin.

Hi @rolf64,
I have exactly the same problem
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing the same issue. However, to align with forum best practices, please create a new topic so that we can address your issue(s) separately.
You can create a new thread here
Thanks for understanding!
I can’t answer exactly, maybe it comes from other plugins as well. Since LiteSpeed Cache it’s for sure, I haven’t had time to test the others. I’m sorry.
Hi @telesante
From the error logs you shared, the warnings seem related to the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. These warnings usually appear when there’s an issue with the plugin trying to fetch patterns from the PTK Pattern Store.
Given that these warnings only appear when you perform a “Clean All’ action using LiteSpeed Cache, it’s likely that the issue is related to this plugin. Even though the LiteSpeed team has referred you to us, the issue seems to originate from their plugin, especially if it’s not occurring with other plugins.
However, to be certain, I’d recommend testing your site with only WooCommerce and LiteSpeed Cache activated. If the warnings still appear, this would confirm the issue with LiteSpeed Cache. If the warnings disappear, it could be a conflict with another plugin.
We’re here to assist you further if you need more help.
I’m seeing this in my log too after updating Woo to the latest version this morning. I don’t use LiteSpeed Cache. This is looking like a Woo issue, no? Let’s find a solution. I’ll follow your advice above and start a new thread.
I am also getting these errors.
Also when I try to open Edit Site the site throws 404

Hey, @shishirraven!
Per WordPress forum guidelines, would you mind opening up a new thread for this so that we can keep things organized and offer more personalized support for you? We’ll be happy to help you out with this over there!
Have a wonderful day!
Hey, @telesante!
Can you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions (or /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=action-scheduler) and search for fetch_patterns and let me know the status of this action?
We have a PR in review to only log this in more accurate cases https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/51143
But please note that, although I understand it might be annoying to see those logs printed, this isn’t necessarily something to be worried 🙂
@shishirraven, can you please also share the information I asked for on your thread when you open it? Thank you 😃
Have a wonderful day!

Hi @telesante
Is your WooCommerce store connected to any services using API? Also, does this warning persist after disabling all other plugins? Can you try installing the WooCommerce 9.3 RC version and let us know whether the issue persists or not?
Please make sure to take a backup before trying the RC version.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to hearing from you!
