Protect only posts, not archive post pages?

    I am finding this plugin does almost everything I want, but it asks for a password to view a category archive age, not only the posts. I’d like people to be able to see what posts are in a category (so the title, the blurb, etc) but not be able to read the posts themselves, only.

    Is this possible?

    I just created pages with post blocks for each category instead of the automatically created category archive, and that worked.
