Profile Photo Issue

    When my users try to add their profile photo using “Mobile” the crop isn’t correct but it works on desktop correctly. I tried to change the theme and deactivate any other plugins one by one but no fix.

    Any Help?

    Same here. Updated everything, did a plugin audit. It seems some users are able to crop (or skip cropping) just fine, but others are getting an “auto-crop” into a random and arbitrary 1:1 square. Thee are headshots for casting, so super not ideal!!
