I am using the [products] shortcode to list the products on a page I am working on. The products display fine, but the “add to cart” button does nothings, making the shortcode useless..

I already deactivated all the plugins, except “cornerstone” and the same…
I doesn’t seem to be a plugin conflict.

    Any ideas ?

I prefer to not publish the url of site..
But there is no much to test there.. No console errors..

  • Hello,

Have you checked if it is a theme issue ? how it works when switch to a default theme?

The issue is something specific to your site, so can;t really suggest anything without taking a look.

    Thanks

Hi @bsastre did you have a chance to test with a default theme like Storefront or TwentySeventeen? If that fixed the issue, please consider changing your theme or reach out to the developers for assistance.

    Hi @bsastre,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved.

Again, doing a theme conflict test would be the first line of troubleshooting. If you would prefer not to do testing on your live site, first make a back up of your site, then create a staging site using this plugin WP Staging (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/). This creates a copy of your live site where you can make tests without affecting your live site.

If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
