Products display appear squeezed

The plugin is very good, during our testing, a display issue with our web page, carousel seems take one-third of the width at all screen sizes. As a result, the products appear squeezed vertically. I am using Elementor to add shortcode, not sure if the issue form elementor shortcode or the theme, tested with woocommerce built in short code for products, it works no issue. please help some suggestions. thank you
