Product Set not Saving WC Product Category

Hi, when I add a product set and select the corresponding WC Category and then I open the product set I just created, the WC category is blank. Even if i select the WC category again in the product set page and click Update, it still goes back to being blank. Please help me resolve this issue

when i try to add a wc category to any of my product sets, after i click submit, the
WC Product Categories box just goes blank again, it doesn’t save.
there are is no log being logged by facebook plugin when i try to do this. Hello,
Kindly note that the system status report does not include sensitive information, however, you can redact the site URL from it if you would like to do so.

We totally understand this and thanks for still sharing the System Status Report above.
As a first step, please enable Debug Mode by navigating to Facebook plugin settings in
Marketing > Facebook
.Then, please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce plugins are enabled, create a product set and see if the WC Product Categories will be saved after.
If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
