Product Set not Saving WC Product Category

I understand that when adding a product set and selecting the corresponding WC Category, after updating it, the WC Category goes blank, correct?

Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

Kindly note that the system status report does not include sensitive information, however, you can redact the site URL from it if you would like to do so.

We totally understand this and thanks for still sharing the System Status Report above.

As a first step, please enable Debug Mode by navigating to Facebook plugin settings in Marketing > Facebook.

Then, please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce plugins are enabled, create a product set and see if the WC Product Categories will be saved after.

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
