After trying out the beta WooCommerce COGS feature, I decided to use this plugin as my finance manager doesn’t want to wait for Woo to create analytics with COGS.

Loaded all the COGS and displaying Cost and Profit on the Products list.

    Example:

    Product1; Price £202.80; Cost £127.80; No VAT; Profit £75.00 (correct) 58.69% (incorrect)

The profit % seems to calculated as Margin/Cost whereas it is normally Margin/Price.

In this case, the Profit % should be 75/208.8 = 35.92%

    Hi @dovedale1508 ,

Have you tried using our option Products > Profit HTML template? We have some placeholders there such as %profit_percent% and %profit_margin%. Please try both options and let me know if it helps.

Thanks. Sorry for the delay – I was distracted by the Year End accounts…

The %profit_margin% gives the correct figure (profit/price).

I still find it odd that %profit_percent% calculates the profit/cost.
