Product prices excl. tax but coupon value incl. tax

Hello,

I’ve got a problem with the coupon settings.
My product prices has to be exlcusive taxes but, when I add a coupon value, it should always be the fixed value I’ve entered. So the coupon value has to be incl. taxes (if there are any). The shop is selling in different countries (all continents), so sometimes there are taxes sometimes not.
The coupon value should be a fixed value.
Is there a hook for settings this behavior?
I’ve looked in core but didn’t find the right one.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thank you for that status report! Can you also provide screenshots of the coupon settings (you can block out the coupon name) as well as links to the GitHub issues you mentioned?

Hi,

so Discount type is a fixed cart discount, amount is 20€.
But instead of subtracting 20€ from the order, it subtracts 20€ + 5% taxes.
It is because I have entered the product prices excl. taxes (I have to).

Thanks for that! Based on that thread, it seems what you are seeing is expected. Have you considered filing a bug report as mentioned in that other thread? Another option would be to add custom code to change it
