the easiest way to do that is to use the Custom Fields extension https://wpadverts.com/extensions/custom-fields/ drag and drop editor.

Once you have it installed you can configure advanced search by price range as shown here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45T8lCxRwBI&t=3s

If you do not have access to this plugin, you can also custom code the new filters as explained in the documentation here https://wpadverts.com/doc/custom-fields-search-form/ – note this requires at least some PHP programming experience.
