Problems with shortcode provide

Hi there,
I am currently using a theme (Sydney pro) that utilizes per-proggamed “call to action” buttons. The theme comes with these buttons and all you have to do as the site creator is to insert a link (in the back end)that will in turn open up when the site user clicks the “call to action” button. I have attempted to insert the shortcode (and numerous variations of the shortcode) that your plugin generates into that section of the theme, however the pop up never successfully opens. This is the short code that your plugin generates:
[uji_popup class=”test” id=”340″] replace with: text, banner or image here [/uji_popup]
Will you please give me the variation of this information that I can use as the button link.
