On tablets using chrome my users see two problems:
1) some are not shown the option to go fullscreen
2) others can go into the fullscreen mode but can’t exit again

Is this a known issue that is being worked on?

Hi,

1. It happens in IOS, because IOS doesn’t provide FullScreen API so it’s not available in those devices.

2. This is unknown of, Can you share the device details? Model and OS

I’m not sure of the name of the device, but it was a tablet running something else than iOS

Hi,

We have no known cases for android and fullscreen bug.

Please check if the issue exists when opening the following link in that device.

It could be some other issue resulting from site. We could check if you share the link to the page.
