Problems with elementor v. 3.35.3

Hello

I have problems with elementor v. 3.35.3 (Elementor->Editor->Quick start don’t show up – blank page)

Also left menu in Editor->Elementor settings don’t show up.

I have reverted to older version v 3.35.0 and everything works fine.

At the moment, we’re not able to reproduce the issue on our test environments. To help us investigate this further and try to replicate the problem under similar conditions, could you please share your System Info?

You can find it by going to WordPress Dashboard → Elementor → Tools → System Info, then click Copy & Paste Info and share it here.

This will help us understand your setup (WordPress version, PHP version, active plugins, theme, etc.) and identify what might be causing the error.

Hello,

I just upgraded elementor to version 3.35.3 on another server and everything works fine.

So it must be something with configuration of the server probably.

Hello there,

After reviewing the error logs you shared, we do see several JavaScript errors. However, these errors appear to relate to front end editor assets rather than the WordPress dashboard screens referenced in your report. The issue affecting the Elementor menus within the WordPress admin area is therefore likely caused by incomplete or cached admin side assets, or by a script conflict that is specifically affecting the dashboard environment.

In cases like this, the most common causes include cached JavaScript files from previous Elementor versions still being served inside the admin area, theme level modifications that enqueue or alter admin scripts, server side optimization processes that combine, defer, or modify JavaScript files within the WordPress dashboard.

We recommend clearing all caching layers including server cache, CDN cache, and browser cache. It is also advisable to manually remove the Elementor plugin directory via FTP or file manager and reinstall version 3.35.3 as a fresh installation rather than performing an in place update. Additionally, please verify that no script aggregation, minification, or defer settings are being applied to the WordPress admin area by any performance or optimization configuration. Testing temporarily with a default WordPress theme can also help determine whether the active theme is enqueueing or modifying admin scripts in a way that affects the Elementor dashboard pages.
