Problems with Advanced Editor

    I’m using the plugin on my website, but I have 2 problems.

    First, I can’t open the pin edition. Both simple and advanced nothing happens.

    Second, not all pins are on the map, even if they are added to the panel.

    I would like support in this regard.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using the plugin.
    1. First issue – Simple and advanced editors are not opening.
    Did they open before? To debug it, disable all your plugins and try open it. There are other plugins which are not loading bootstrap correctly, and messes up the modal. One week ago somebody contacted me by email with the same issue. There is another plugin installed that messes it up.
    2. Second issue – Some are not showing up.
    I’ve looked in the console, and it seems like one pin you have doesn’t have valid latitude and longitude, and the code break there.
    Make sure the latitude and longitude are fine. Maybe by mistake you’ve added a character on a pin.

    Hello, thanks for the reply.

    Regarding the Advanced Editor, yes I used it normally.
    I did some procedures but the same error still occurs “nothing happens”.
    I disabled all other plugins, deleted browser and server caches, reset the htaccess document and updated / outdated the plugin.
    The plugin is of great importance to my website.

    Hi,

    In that case there is an issue with TinyMCE plugin.
    Go to TinyMCE Advanced settings, and click save on the the page.
    If is not working have a look at TinyMCE folder permissions it has to be 775.

    I have to rectify the folder permission of TinyMce has to be 755.

    Okay, even with 775 permissions the “nothing happens” in the editor remains. Same error in the simple and advanced editor.
