Problems with accented characters in emails

Hi! Love the plugin.

There’s a small issue with email notifications and accented characters like é or è. Words like “écrit” will glitch out. This is likely and easily fixable UTF-8 charset problem.

Additionally, is there a way to disable the ability to choose who you want to send a message to? Basically, my client would like to use that chat as a support system, so people should only be able to send message to a specific account.
