Problems creating SAAJ object model

    Dear Support,

    when i try to create a “DHL Warenpost” Label by a specific order, i get a “Problems creating SAAJ object model” Message. How i can fix this ? Thank you!

    Were you previously able to create labels using the plugin? Did you recently change hosts or upgrade the server?

    Hello Shadi,

    thanks for your feedback.
    We have been previously been able to generate these labels, there are even older orders which can generate the same type of label now.

    in the last 2 days we’s reactivated the NGINX Proxy Mode & “Smart static files processing” on the server because of problems with woocommerce.

    So it is one particular order that has this issue, you can create labels for all other orders?

    Hello Shadi

    till now this error appearing only by the order in the screenshot.
    at this moment i’m only able to test my own orders because otherwise the system would send a DHL Link to the customers.
