Problem with your service

    We have some problems with the service in the last days. When we make a ticket, the ticket or the request is sent to the email server but in the system we can´t see the ticket. We need the help to show all the tickets that have been done that we don´t can see and for see all the tickets of the future. We visit your page but we see that it is offline.

    We have several days without service!
