Problem with Widget Wrangler
-
I’m trying to make a widget with Widget Wrangler, using your plugin to make it, and all works fine i make the widget using WR PageBuilder and use it where i need it ( in this case the footer ) the problem is when I change the widget, i make some modifications, the changes will not show in the page, 99% of the time, than sometimes it updates, but i cannot figure out what’s the problem, and if it’s your plugin or the other, if you have some time would you look into it?

Hi benedettoapp,
Widget Wrangler creator here. It sounds like you might be dealing with a caching issue. WW doesn’t do any of its own caching, so do you have another caching plugin enabled?
I don’t have any experience with this Page Builder plugin, but if you determine the problem is on WW’s end, let me know and I’ll look into it.
Thanks,
JonathanOk, i just found the problem, but i still don’ know which plugin creates it, it’s no cache issue, with WR Page Builder in the page editor i have Classic Editor and WR PageBuilder, well if i save the page when i’m in the WR PageBuilder it saves the page, but it doesn’t update it, if i make the page with the WR Page Builder, but switch to classic editor before saving, the page will save and update.
Hi @benedettoapp,
Could you please list all plugins are you using here ? Or for your convenient, you can submit your question to our support forum with temporary admin account so we can investigate the problem for you.
Best regards,
Adam.
it’s ok, i’ve solved for now, i only needed to make one widget with the combination of WR Page builder and Widget Wrangler. I do have yet one new problem, but i’ll make a new support request.
Hi @benedettoapp,
Glad to hear that you managed to sort it out. If you still have any question or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to let me know.
Best regards,
Adam.
